URGENT HIRING Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day banking activities for the company Prepare and process RTGS NEFT IMPS and other bank payments Operate and manage multiple banking websites and portals Download and maintain bank statements on a daily basis Track inward and outward payments Maintain books and records of all payments made through various banking channels Record and update payment entries in the accounting system Coordinate with banks for queries documentation and transaction issues Maintain accurate records of all banking transactions Ensure compliance with banking norms KYC requirements and company policies Monitor balances cheque deposits and cheque clearances Support the finance team in reconciliation and financial reporting Ensure strict confidentiality of all financial data Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of banking operations online portals and payment processes High accuracy with numbers and financial data Good understanding of banking rules regulations KYC and compliance requirements Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting tools software Valuable communication coordination and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision ducation Experience Education Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance Accounting or related field Experience 1-3 years of experience in banking operations payment processing or finance roles Prior experience handling bank portals and online transactions is mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 34 028 52 per month Work Location In person
