We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with proven expertise in FMCG machinery to join our energetic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing maintaining and optimizing production equipment used in FMCG manufacturing ensuring maximum efficiency reliability and compliance with industry standards This role requires hands-on technical knowledge problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced production environments Key Responsibilities Oversee installation operation and maintenance of FMCG production machines packaging filling labeling conveyors etc Design and implement mechanical solutions to improve machine performance reduce downtime and enhance productivity Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical issues in high-speed production lines Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for FMCG machinery Collaborate with production quality and electrical teams to ensure smooth operations Ensure compliance with safety standards GMP Good Manufacturing Practices and industry regulations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Master s preferred 3 years of experience working with FMCG machinery food beverage personal care or packaging industries Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics pneumatics conveyors and high-speed automation Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD SolidWorks CATIA for design and modification Familiarity with TPM Total Productive Maintenance and Lean Manufacturing practices Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
