Job Overview We re looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer with expertise in architecture and interior design to create high-quality 3D models renders and animations for presentations proposals and design reviews The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects and designers to bring creative concepts to life and deliver photorealistic visualizations Key Responsibilities Create 3D models renders and animations for architectural and interior design projects Work with architects and designers to interpret design concepts and produce realistic visuals Apply lighting textures and materials to achieve photorealistic effects Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Optimize models for performance and visual quality Stay updated on the latest visualization tools and trends Requirements Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer 3D Artist or similar role with a focus on architecture and interiors Proficiency in 3ds Max SketchUp V-Ray Corona Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of lighting materials and rendering Ability to interpret 2D architectural and interior plans Robust portfolio showcasing 3D visualization work Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
