We are Looking For Production Lean Growth CTC - 12 LPA Purpose To serve as a dedicated resource for Lean GROWTTH Get Rid Of Waste Through Team Harmony driving continuous improvement and educating the organization on Lean principles Key Responsibilities Leadership Strategy Lead and support Lean GROWTTH initiatives across the site Act as an entrepreneur and change agent for Lean transformation Drive Operational Excellence and promote Lean maturity Training Facilitation Conduct Lean Basic training and facilitate kaizen events Host external kaizen participants and communicate GROWTTH updates Support employee certification via Qualification Matrix Project Execution Plan execute and follow up on Lean improvement activities Track kaizen results and coordinate savings reporting Identify and implement CAPEX projects aligned with Lean goals Performance Monitoring Analyze KPIs and conduct Value Stream Mapping Consolidate evidence for RPA audits and document kaizen outcomes Safety Compliance Conduct hazard identification risk assessments and root cause analysis Ensure safety tours briefings committee participation and legal compliance Coordinate emergency response and mock drills Scope Internal Interfaces CSS GROWTTH Management CSS site managers SSS management department heads External Interfaces Customers Qualifications Experience Proven project management leadership and training capabilities Strong communication negotiation and facilitation skills Experience in Lean problem-solving tools and change management ERP SAP proficiency and MS Office skills Fluent in English German is a plus Skills Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Culturally aware and team-oriented Technically sound with knowledge of legal safety and hazardous waste protocols Capable of making sound business decisions under pressure Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 1 200 000 00 per year Perks Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Expected Start Date 26 09 2025
