Helper Job Title Helper General Laborer Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist our skilled tradespeople and technicians on various projects The Helper will be responsible for a range of tasks including preparing work areas moving materials cleaning sites and assisting with basic tasks as instructed This role is essential for supporting a protected and efficient work environment Key Responsibilities Assist skilled workers such as welders fitters and electricians with their daily tasks Transport tools equipment and materials to and from the work area Prepare and clean work sites by removing debris trash and old materials Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment at all times Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment PPE Perform other general labor tasks as needed to support project completion Qualifications No prior experience is required but a willingness to learn is essential Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects Strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Punctual and reliable Basic knowledge of safety procedures is a plus Education High school diploma or equivalent is a plus LIECL is an equal opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month
