Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Business Analyst to join our team He will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical delivery ensuring alignment of requirements solutions and strategic goals This role demands a combination of strategic thinking stakeholder management and hands-on business analysis expertise The role will mentor Business Analysts ensure requirement quality guide Agile ceremonies and serve as a delivery enabler between business and technical teams and contribute as an individual contributor for critical initiatives Key Responsibilities Leadership Strategic Alignment - Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices - Partner with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and high-level requirements Business Analysis Delivery - Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects ensuring deliverables align with organizational objectives and BA best practices - Elicit document and validate business requirements user stories workflows and acceptance criteria - Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development and QA teams Drive backlog refinement prioritization and requirements traceability - Support non-functional requirements definition performance security accessibility Stakeholder Engagement - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders product owners and delivery teams - Facilitate workshops and solution discussions to achieve consensus on requirements and priorities - Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively at all levels Delivery Governance - Ensure alignment of requirements with project scope timelines and business value - Monitor BA and Agile delivery KPIs recommending process improvements where needed - Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards Qualifications 8-10 years BA experience 3 years in leadership 3 years as Scrum Master CSM PSM preferred Solid Agile facilitation and communication skills Proficiency in Jira Confluence and BA documentation tools This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled Job Information Technology Primary Location India-Karnataka-Bengaluru Schedule Full-time Travel No Req ID 253941 Job Hire Type Experienced Not Applicable BMI N A
