Position IT Executive Location Kolkata Experience Minimum 3-5 years We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Executive to join our energetic team The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT management and support with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively IT Support and Troubleshooting Manage and resolve issues related to desktops laptops printers and networks OS installation troubleshooting of Outlook Office 365 Word Excel PowerPoint Teams OneDrive and other software applications Installation and troubleshooting of server OS and Linux optional Antivirus installation system cleaning and data backup Monitor and update server firewall and security logs and generate reports Backup management for servers and local users Vendor and Asset Management Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and installations Manage IT equipment assets Maintain internal and external SLAs Assist in IT audits and ensure IT compliance Create and maintain Infosec documentation Qualification Key Requirements Graduate in IT or any field with certifications Microsoft Cisco ITIL Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience Strong communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 37 500 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
