Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our Online MBA sales team The ideal candidate will be a true leader who leads by example demonstrates strategic thinking discipline and a results-driven approach This role is responsible for driving student enrollments through online sales channels mentoring a high-performing team and contributing to the overall business strategy Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and manage the Inside Sales Team focused on Online MBA programs Set daily weekly and monthly targets monitor team performance and drive results Develop and implement effective sales strategies and planning to achieve enrollment targets Demonstrate ownership and accountability for team outcomes and individual KPIs Ensure high standards of discipline and punctuality across the team Provide strategic input based on market trends competitor analysis and student behavior Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align messaging and campaigns Use analytical thinking to review performance data and optimize processes Train the sales team in best practices product knowledge and consultative selling techniques Prepare regular reports for senior management on team performance and improvement areas Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree MBA preferred 3 years of experience in Inside Sales with at least 1 year in a managerial role Proven track record in online sales mandatory Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example Excellent communication interpersonal and people management skills Highly disciplined punctual and goal-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales management Strategic thinker with a proactive ownership-driven mindset Eligibility Only candidates with proven experience in Online Sales will be considered Compensation Competitive salary performance incentives Additional benefits as per company policy Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 600 000 00 - 840 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
