Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers on the shop floor Plan and allocate daily work tasks to ensure smooth production flow Monitor production output efficiency and quality to meet company targets Train guide and motivate workers to follow best practices and safety rules Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime Ensure machines and equipment are properly used and maintained Maintain accurate records of production attendance and shift reports Collaborate with quality control maintenance and logistics teams for seamless operations Enforce company policies and health safety regulations Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
