Banking team you will be a key member of a Database team responsible for designing and delivering trusted market-leading AI technology products Your role will involve implementing critical technology solutions across various technical domains to support the firm s strategic objectives ensuring security stability and scalability Job Responsibilities Deliver AI ML projects through the ML development lifecycle using Agile methodologies transforming business requirements into specifications defining milestones and ensuring timely delivery Design develop and manage prompt-based models on Large Language Models LLMs to solve complex tasks in the financial services domain Analyze and visualize large diverse data sets to continuously improve software applications and systems Conduct research on prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance utilizing LLM orchestration and agentic AI libraries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet organizational needs Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Build and maintain data pipelines and processing workflows for prompt engineering on LLMs leveraging cloud services for scalability and efficiency Develop and maintain tools and frameworks for prompt-based model training evaluation and optimization Evaluate model performance through data analysis to identify areas for improvement Identify hidden problems and patterns in data using insights to enhance coding practices and system architecture Contribute to software engineering communities events exploring new technologies Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills Formal training or certification in AI ML engineering concepts with 2 years of applied experience Proven experience as a hands-on practitioner developing production AI ML solutions and Deep knowledge experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence Expertise in at least one of the following areas Large Language Models Natural Language Processing Speech Recognition Reinforcement Learning Experience with RDBMS NoSQL databases and prompt design Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle Data Structures Algorithms Machine Learning Data Mining Information Retrieval and Statistics Demonstrated expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch pyG Keras MXNet and Scikit-Learn Strong programming skills in Python and Spark proficiency in vector operations using NumPy and SciPy expertise in distributed computation using Multithreading Multi GPUs Dask Ray Polars etc Experience in agentic AI libraries workflows and relevant frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph Auto-GPT etc Experience in AWS Cloud services such as EMR SageMaker Glue AthenaSQL etc Solid understanding of agile methodologies including CI CD Application Resiliency and Security Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate ideas and results to stakeholders and leadership clearly and concisely Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills Exposure to cloud technologies 4 years BE BTech BS or 2 ME MTech MS or 2 PhD years of relevant experience in Computer
