Key Responsibilities Identify and develop recent clients in the construction real estate and infrastructure sectors for RMC supply Maintain strong relationships with existing clients contractors builders and consultants Understand customer needs and provide customized RMC solutions Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned Conduct site visits follow-ups and coordinate timely deliveries Negotiate prices and finalize orders as per company policies Coordinate with the plant logistics and quality teams to ensure timely execution of orders Prepare and maintain records of daily calls enquiries and sales reports Track market trends competitor activity and customer feedback Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any field Civil Engineering Business preferred 1-3 years of experience in RMC sales or construction material sales Good knowledge of construction processes and RMC product usage Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office Willingness to travel within assigned territory Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
