Key Responsibilities Site Management Supervise and coordinate the execution of civil and interior finishing activities including plastering tiling painting false ceilings and joinery Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications Monitor the progress of all tasks identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule Team Resource Coordination Coordinate with and manage various subcontractors vendors and in office staff Oversee the delivery and usage of materials ensuring sufficient stock is available Provide on-site instruction and guidance to the construction and finishing teams Quality Safety Ensure that all work meets the defined quality standards and project specifications Inspect materials delivered to the site and used in construction Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Reporting Documentation Maintain detailed daily reports on site progress manpower material consumption and activities Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation and budgets Facilitate effective communication between the site team project managers and other stakeholders Skills and Qualifications Education A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field is typically required Experience Several years of supervisory experience in construction with a focus on interior finishing works is essential Technical Skills Strong knowledge of construction techniques materials and finishing processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
