Associate Professor Require for Nursing College - Beldarichak Patna An Associate Professor of Nursing is responsible for teaching nursing students in classroom lab and clinical settings conducting and publishing nursing research mentoring students supervising clinical practice participating in faculty and university committees and engaging in service to the profession and community Key duties include developing curriculum assessing student learning supervising research maintaining records and collaborating with faculty and healthcare agencies Responsibilities Duties Teaching Curriculum Teach a range of nursing courses at undergraduate and graduate levels Develop and implement curriculum course outlines and lesson plans Design and use teaching aids for effective instruction Plan supervise and evaluate clinical experiences for students Research Conduct original research in nursing and publish findings in academic journals and at conferences Guide and supervise research work for Master s students Identify problems and utilize research findings to improve practice Student Support Provide academic advising and counselling to students Act as a role model for students in classroom and clinical activities Assist in the selection and promotion of learners Administration Committees Participate in university and department committees e g curriculum library search committees Contribute to the nursing accreditation process Prepare and maintain relevant records and reports Service Engage in service activities to the college community health system and nursing profession Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare agencies Participate in in-service education programs and other community activities Qualifications Skills Experience 8 Years or More with M Sc Nursing 5 Years Teaching After M Sc Nursing Strong teaching and clinical skills Experience in conducting and publishing research Good communication organizational and time management skills Ability to supervise and mentor students Commitment to equality diversity and an inclusive approach Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
