Job Title Estimator Software Knowledge Estimation software Bluebeam PlanSwift etc AutoCAD US Project Experience is Must Experience 3 years - Hands on experience in Estimation Key Responsibilities Project Evaluation and Analysis Review project plans specifications and other documentation to understand the scope of work Conduct site visits if necessary to assess project requirements Cost Estimation Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials labor equipment and subcontractor services Utilize estimating software and databases to develop accurate and competitive bids Identify potential cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities Collaboration and Communication Work closely with project managers architects engineers and clients to gather necessary information and clarify project requirements Participate in pre-bid meetings and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and delivery schedules Documentation and Reporting Maintain detailed records of all estimates assumptions and supporting documentation Prepare and present bid proposals cost analysis and reports to management and clients Risk Management Identify and evaluate potential risks and uncertainties in the project and incorporate contingency plans into estimates Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements Continuous Improvement Stay updated with industry trends pricing and advancements in estimating tools and methodologies Recommend improvements to the estimating process and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency Qualifications Bachelor s degree in construction management Engineering or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating Proficiency in estimating software e g Bluebeam PlanSwift ProEst etc Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Knowledge of relevant building codes standards and regulations Willing to work in Nightshift from 5 30PM to 3 30AM IST Job Type Full time Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Education Bachelor s Required Experience Construction estimating 3 years Required Shift availability Night Shift Required
