We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor QS Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in cost estimation BOQ preparation and contract management The ideal candidate will support our project teams in budgeting billing and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle Responsibilities Prepare and review BOQ cost estimates and rate analysis Assist in tender preparation evaluation and bid comparison Monitor project budgets expenditures and cost variations Verify and process contractor subcontractor bills Conduct site measurements and material reconciliation Coordinate with project teams vendors and consultants Maintain accurate records and support cost control reporting Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or equivalent 2-4 years of experience in QS Cost Estimation within construction real estate infrastructure projects Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel and QS-related software Good knowledge of construction practices contracts and billing processes Solid analytical communication and negotiation skills Preferred Skills Experience in residential commercial or infrastructure projects Familiarity with local codes market rates and contract standards Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 195 35 - 35 854 65 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
