Role Objectives Design develop and oversee mechanical systems components and products Ensure all mechanical designs meet quality safety and performance standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production installation and maintenance Core Deliverables Create and review mechanical designs CAD models and technical drawings Perform calculations simulations and feasibility studies Oversee manufacturing assembly and testing of mechanical components Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for mechanical issues Ensure compliance with ISO safety and quality standards Prepare documentation including design reports BOMs and maintenance manuals Support project planning and execution within deadlines Skills Required Mandatory Proficiency in AutoCAD SolidWorks or CATIA 2D 3D design software Robust understanding of mechanical design principles materials and manufacturing processes Knowledge of thermal fluid and structural mechanics Problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Add-on Experience with FEA CFD tools ANSYS HyperMesh etc Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Hands-on with ERP MRP systems Good communication and teamwork skills Qualifications B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering mandatory M Tech in Mechanical Design Engineering preferred not mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
