JOB DESCRIPTION Assist in preparing Quality Assurance Plan QAP for all projects as per the QC QA Standards Preparation of detailed construction methodology for all activities Assist in research preparation of Quality assurance Quality construction for recent construction activities Update maintain all revisions and amendments in QC Manuals Conduct monthly quality audits in all projects Raise list of non-conformities to management and take necessary corrective actions Conduct training program on maintenance of QAP records documentation conduct site testing To carryout internal external testing Lab operations as required Coordinating in setting up all site laboratories ensure record keeping Coordinating with external test agencies for testing and maintaining all records To carry out random inspections of material for construction work in conjunction with material purchase staff as required Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control documents for all projects Assist in obtaining ISO 9001 accreditation Ensure compliance of quality standards as per ISO standards Instigate random inspections of material for construction work in conjunction with material purchase staff as required 16 To visit sites for quality audit and quality assurance of building construction activities in compliance with applicable codes and or specifications for all the civil structural electrical mechanical or plumbing etc and with safety norms and regulation on site quality assessment of construction materials technical audit and compliance report preparation Desired Skills Should have 4-8 yrs of relevant experience in Industrial Building Construction Sector Non Residential The core competencies required to perform the duties include outstanding leadership to be a self motivated excellent Communication skills and interpersonal relationships Candidates should also possess strong analytical skills an understanding of organizational behaviour the ability to influence the ability to work on a team as well as passion drive and the ability to self-start Should be proficient in Ms Office MSP Auto CAD and experience in Build Superfast Construction Software is an added advantage Drop your CV s malathy ksv co in Contact No (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
