Key Responsibilities Plan organize and control all stages of the workwear production process cutting stitching finishing and packing Develop production schedules and ensure timely execution to meet client delivery timelines Monitor daily production activities and resolve issues to avoid delays Ensure adherence to quality standards technical specifications and customer requirements Manage manpower allocation training and motivation of production staff Coordinate with design merchandising and procurement teams for smooth workflow Control wastage of fabric trims and other raw materials to optimize production costs Ensure compliance with workplace safety labor laws and company policies Monitor machine maintenance schedules and minimize downtime Prepare daily weekly and monthly production reports for management review Implement process improvements lean manufacturing and productivity enhancement measures Liaise with suppliers and contractors for timely availability of raw materials and services Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Education Secondary 10th Pass Preferred Experience PRODUCTION 5 years Required Work Location In person
