About MediaRadar MediaRadar now including the data and capabilities of Vivvix powers the mission-critical marketing and sales decisions that drive competitive advantage Our competitive advertising intelligence platform enables clients to achieve peak performance with always-on data and insights that span the media creative and business strategies of five million brands across 30 media channels By bringing the advertising past present and future into focus our clients rapidly act on the competitive moves and emerging advertising trends impacting their business Job Summary As a Team Lead Data Operations you will oversee a team of Data Associates responsible for ad classification product catalog management and creative attribution You will ensure operational accuracy productivity and workflow quality while coaching and developing your team to meet and exceed defined success measures In this role you will drive continual process improvements collaborate with automation and governance specialists and act as the primary escalation point for your team This is a hands-on leadership role suited for individuals who combine strong people management skills with a passion for operational excellence Success in this position requires a proactive approach to execution anticipating challenges quickly resolving issues and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and outcomes Responsibilities Supervise coach and develop a team of Data Associates responsible for classification attribution and product catalog management Monitor and manage team performance against KPIs including throughput accuracy and quality benchmarks Serve as the first point of escalation for workflow or process-related issues Conduct regular quality reviews and provide actionable feedback to ensure data accuracy and consistency Identify workflow inefficiencies and partner with managers automation teams and governance specialists to improve processes Coordinate team scheduling task assignment and workload balancing to meet daily and weekly targets Ensure compliance with governance standards documentation and reporting requirements Train new hires and ensure associates are up to date on classification guidelines tools and processes Report team status coverage productivity and quality metrics to management Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement Proactively identify and address problems before they escalate while recognizing opportunities for efficiency automation and quality improvements Success Measures Accuracy Team maintains 98 accuracy in ad classification attribution and catalog updates Productivity Team consistently processes assigned workloads against defined productivity targets and SLA requirements Quality Assurance Less than 2 of team output requires rework due to errors Team Development Regular coaching and training lead to measurable improvement in associate performance Process Improvement Implements at least two documented workflow or tool improvements per quarter Collaboration Builds robust working relationships with peers in automation governance and data quality functions Requirements Bachelor s degree in business operations information systems or a related field Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data operations content processing or a related field At least 2 years in a lead supervisory or managerial role with proven ability to coach and develop teams Demonstrated experience managing high-volume detail-oriented workflows Strong organizational problem-solving and people management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Familiarity with ad media data and workflows is preferred Experience with process improvement workflow optimization or exposure to automation initiatives is a plus
