About the Role We are seeking a confident and professional CRM Manager Female with excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude The ideal candidate should be fluent in English empathetic and capable of handling client queries and concerns politely especially in situations where project timelines are delayed or work is pending She will serve as the bridge between the clients and the firm ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationship building Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships Communicate effectively in English verbal written to address client concerns queries and feedback Handle sensitive situations where project work is delayed ensuring clients are informed politely and professionally Coordinate with internal teams design site and operations to track project progress and provide updates to clients Maintain accurate client records track issues and ensure timely follow-up Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty Draft and share regular status reports emails and updates in a professional tone Ensure a positive client experience at every touchpoint even during challenging situations Requirements Female candidate with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills Fluent in English communication spoken written Prior experience in client servicing CRM customer support experience in the interior real estate sector preferred Ability to remain calm polite and solution-oriented in pressure situations Strong organizational and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Outlook and basic CRM tools Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Communication or a related field 5-7 years of relevant experience in CRM or client servicing roles What We Offer A professional and growth-oriented work environment Opportunity to work closely with premium clients in the interior design industry Note This role requires a client-first mindset and the ability to balance professionalism with empathy while ensuring client trust and satisfaction Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month
