Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Academic Counsellor to join our team during the night shift The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right academic paths resolving their queries and supporting them throughout their educational journey Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and chats from prospective and existing students Provide accurate information about courses programs admission procedures and career paths Counsel students based on their interests academic background and career goals Assist in the enrollment and documentation process Follow up with leads to maximize conversions Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of student interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with other departments such as admissions academics and operations Meet performance metrics such as response time conversion rate and student satisfaction Work with international students if applicable ensuring time zone alignment and clear communication Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
