MAINTENANCE SERVICES Assist in the production of Scheduled Maintenance Services covering all Airbus A C program Perform technical evaluation to justify change in the interval of scheduled maintenance tasks by analyzing scheduled and non scheduled maintenance data from the operators and by studying the operators in service design issues Perform technical evaluation to justify change in the interval of scheduled maintenance tasks Managing a portfolio of customers covering all Airbus A C programs eg A320FAM A330 A380 taking the necessary actions in a multi-cultural setting to deliver all scheduled maintenance services on cost on time on quality Agile pro-active behavior ensuring proper End to End project management to answer customers needs using new IT capabilities Ensuring that airlines maintenance programmes planning deliverables are performed in accordance with customer s expectations Airbus CAMO Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization Airpl n customers May be required to manage dedicated airline assistance for maintenance programme planning evaluation and Parking Storage Improving Customer satisfaction and management of each customer account by various communication means teleconferences webex emails and meetings Be flexible to travel frequently everywhere for a duration of 1 week in average Contributing or leading Technical Data improvement transformation project as Technical Data Aircraft System - Business Operations representative This role will involve some business trips and as such you must be able to travel accordinglyDevelop the Aircraft initial maintenance programme for all Airbus aircraft programme IT tool development Analyze current way of working and processes for areas of improvement Identify action items that can be transformed into IT requirements Develop tools applications with support of the Digital Services department Act as a focal point for any project initiated within the department aiming at innovation automation Project management Contribute lead any projects initiated either locally or from the central team in Europe aimed at business process improvement Values Develop and maintain a collaborative working environment across organizations by fostering engagement active listening developing team spirit establishing feedback culture establishing a trustful environment Propose and develop innovation and digitalisation initiatives with respect to general interests of the Company Support a value driven organization and work process and execution should reflect AIRBUS values and policies Report any potential safety issue or potential safety event that is detected in the frame of the day to day activity Qualifications Aircraft Maintenance Engineering AME degree or Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering Degree with knowledge exposure to Aircraft Maintenance domain 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant roles with engineering degree or 2 years of certifying experience licensed AME B1 or B2 or Cat A or 4 to 5 years of experience non licensed AME Professional and behavioral skills Advanced Communication and Presentation skills both oral and written Good Stakeholder management skills Customers centric - Good coordination and relational skills to deal directly with Customers Good listener pro-active and innovative attitude Collaboration Adaptable in a changing and demanding environment Team Player Fluency in English Language L R W Mandatory Technical skills General knowledge of Aircraft systems and or structure - mandatory Airline operations desired and knowledge of Aircraft technical literature - mandatory Experience in maintenance program preparation in planning technical services department of an airline - preferred Knowledge about the Schedule Maintenance Program planning activities and processes MSG3 MRBR ALS MPD - mandatory and a minimumof 3 years in Operator Maintenance Programme creation and maintenance planning management - desired Experience in Direct Maintenance Costs reductions projects - desired Knowledge of EASA Part-M regulation Airlines MRO center Maintenance Repair and Overhaul -part M 145 - - desired not mandatory Overview ATA chapters -
