We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers In this role you will act as the first point of contact helping customers with questions concerns and troubleshooting needs across multiple channels such as email phone chat and social media Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email live chat or social media Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues determining the cause selecting and explaining the best solution and following up to ensure resolution Maintain detailed records of customer interactions feedback and complaints using the CRM system Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary Assist in developing customer service procedures policies and standards Work collaboratively with other departments such as Sales Product and Engineering to improve the customer experience Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively support users Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction scores Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree preferred Proven customer support or client service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively Patience empathy and a positive attitude Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language Tamil Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
