Overview Shift Timing - 4 00PM - 1 00AM IST Work Location - Chennai Bangalore Hyderabad Gurugram Hybrid Model - 3 Days work from office per week About Role - We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager to establish a Project Management Office in collaboration with our Agency Head of Operations The role includes designing PMO framework implementing standard processes leading offshore team and driving operational efficiency across the Agency About Omnicom Global Solutions- Omnicom Global Solutions is an integral part of Omnicom Group a leading global marketing and corporate communications company Omnicom s branded networks and numerous specialty firms provide advertising strategic media planning and buying digital and interactive marketing direct and promotional marketing public relations and other specialty communications services to over 5 000 clients in more than 70 countries Omnicom Global Solutions India plays a key role for our group companies and global agencies by providing stellar products solutions and services in the areas of Creative Services Technology Data Services Market Research Business Support Services Media Services and Project Management We currently have 4000 awesome colleagues in Omnicom Global Solutions India who are committed to solving our clients pressing business issues We are growing rapidly and looking for talented professionals like you to be part of this journey Let us build this together Responsibilities Collaborate with the Head of Operations to establish the Project Management Office PMO Define and implement standardized processes for project tracking reporting and resource allocation Support the development of a scalable operational model to enable growth and tool integration Deploy tools like Microsoft Lists SharePoint and Power BI for real-time tracking and reporting Lead offshore team in executing operational activities effectively Facilitate the transition from fixed fee to T M billing ensuring accurate tracking and profitability Coordinate with cross-functional teams for consistent project delivery across geographies Establish effective resource management practices to meet client needs swiftly Ensure optimal resource deployment across projects Drive change management initiatives across the organization Monitor and report project health milestones and delivery status to stakeholders Develop and maintain PMO dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights and KPIs Conduct regular project audits and retrospectives to identify areas for continuous improvement Mentor and train project coordinators and junior PMs on best practices and tools Implement risk management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate project risks Standardize documentation practices to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects Foster a culture of accountability and transparency through structured governance and reporting Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to align project budgets with strategic goals Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency You will be working closely with Works closely with the Head of Operations as well as Project Program Portfolio Managers and Finance stakeholders to standardize project tracking processes support accurate and timely billing and contribute to driving operational efficiency across teams and functions Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field 10-12 years of experience in PMO and project portfolio management Proven track record in operations management with strong understanding in pricing models and billing Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Lists and Power BI Demonstrated ability to standardize processes and lead change across diverse teams Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and presentation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to compare planned vs actual performance and generate actionable insights Familiarity with resource planning and utilization tracking Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple clients and cross-functional teams
