We are looking for Endodonist who can join our Glow dental Team Diagnosis and Treatment Diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp nerves and supporting root tissues often due to deep cavities trauma or infection Root Canal Therapy Perform complex root canal treatments and retreatment for previously failed procedures to save the tooth Endodontic Surgery Conduct surgical procedures such as apicoectomies to treat infections at the root tips Advanced Technology Utilize specialized tools including operating microscopes and advanced imaging to perform procedures with precision and comfort Patient Care Develop treatment plans manage patient comfort with local anesthesia and provide transparent instructions for post-operative care Collaboration Work closely with general dentists and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care with most patients being referred by a general dentist Record Keeping Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment histories Professional Development Engage in continuing education to stay updated on new techniques and technologies in endodontics Required Skills and Qualifications Post-Doctoral Training A postdoctoral specialty training in endodontics is a mandatory requirement Diagnostic Skills Strong diagnostic abilities and attention to detail are crucial for identifying complex dental problems Manual Dexterity Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential for performing intricate surgical procedures Communication Skills The ability to effectively communicate complex information to patients and other dental professionals Compassionate Care Empathy patience and a compassionate approach to patient care are vital for managing patient discomfort and anxiety Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 8 275 54 - 33 054 97 per month Expected hours 36 per week Work Location In person
