ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and Certified Application Developer CAD are required Demonstrated ability to build tools utilities and intuitive interfaces using Service Portal and UI Builder to simplify demo creation and improve scalability Ability to stay current with industry trends competitive insights and emerging technologies to build market-relevant narratives and demonstrations Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges during live presentations Mandatory Certifications -
