Contact no- (phone hidden) Aishwarya Job Title Production Manager - VNC VMC Department Production Reporting To Plant Head Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Production Planning Control Plan schedule and supervise daily VNC VMC production activities Ensure optimum utilization of manpower machines and materials Monitor cycle times tool life and machine efficiency Quality Assurance Ensure parts are manufactured as per drawing specifications Coordinate with QA team for inspections and audits Implement corrective preventive actions CAPA for defects Team Management Lead operators setters and supervisors on VNC VMC lines Provide training on machine operations safety and productivity improvements Evaluate performance and maintain discipline Process Improvement Reduce setup times SMED techniques Implement Lean Manufacturing 5S Kaizen practices Control rejection rework and scrap percentage Maintenance Safety Coordinate with maintenance for preventive breakdown maintenance Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to safety protocols Reporting Coordination Prepare daily weekly monthly production reports Coordinate with Purchase Stores QA and Planning departments Support audits ISO IATF Customer Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of CNC VMC VNC programming operations Experience in fixture design tool selection and process optimization Leadership people management skills Knowledge of ERP Tally MIS reporting Qualification Experience Diploma B E in Mechanical Production Engineering 7-12 years of experience in machining operations VNC VMC with at least 3 years in a managerial role Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
