Website https paritysolutions com Objectives of this Role Assist the sales team to meet weekly monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful completion of accurate sales proposals Be an active team player and participate in weekly sales calls adding suggestions on how to improve the current internal sales process and generate more closed deals Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the activities of the sales representatives for RFPs Prepare qualified complete concise and accurate reports proposals and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations Maintain excellent working relationships with all internal sales representatives to ensure collaboration and best practices Assist sales representatives to ensure pipeline accuracy updating deals adjusting closing dates and validating quality of information input in CRM Assist sales representatives in collecting and compiling sales quotations adjusting margins and ensuring accuracy Work with Sales Engineers for prompt turnaround of sales quotes and cost sheets as well as collecting any additional client related information for the Sales Engineer Ensure client folders are created organized and updated during the sales process following internal naming conventions Update sales proposals as revisions are made keeping current and prior versions in appropriate network folders Create sales and support contracts following up with clients to ensure signed copy is returned Skills and Qualifications In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques Excellent communication interpersonal problem-solving presentation and organizational skills Great interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Office Proficiency with CRM Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools Attention to details with excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Application Question s What is your current salary in INR What is your salary expectation in INR What is your level of proficiency in English Are you comfortable working on US shift Night timings from office 6 30 PM IST to 3 30 PM IST Experience Sales coordination 1 year Required Location Ahmedabad Gujarat Required Work Location In person
