Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Store Manager to oversee daily store operations while leading the sales team to achieve business targets The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store supervising staff driving sales performance and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Sales Management Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics prepare regular reports for management Motivate and train the sales team to improve performance and meet KPIs Build robust customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service Handle high-value customer negotiations and close key sales Store Operations Oversee all daily store activities including inventory staffing cleanliness and visual merchandising Ensure stock levels are maintained and coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment Manage cash handling billing and point-of-sale systems Ensure adherence to company policies health safety standards and compliance requirements Team Leadership Recruit train and manage store staff Create work schedules and manage shift planning Conduct regular team meetings performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching Job Types Full-time Permanent Base Pay Up to 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Ernakulam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Sales 3 years Required Store management 1 year Required Willingness to travel 50 Required
