We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Civil Architect to lead the design planning and execution of complex architectural projects The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil architecture excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering creative and sustainable design solutions Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design for civil and infrastructure projects residential commercial industrial or public spaces Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conceptual design through construction documentation and execution Collaborate with structural engineers civil engineers and construction teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies Review architectural plans drawings and specifications for compliance with codes standards and regulations Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff Liaise with clients consultants and regulatory bodies Ensure sustainable design practices and adherence to environmental standards Manage project timelines budgets and reporting Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture B Arch M Arch from an accredited institution Licensed Registered Architect as per local regulations 8 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong portfolio demonstrating design and execution of civil architecture projects Proficient in design and drafting software AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Rhino Adobe Suite etc Deep understanding of building codes regulations and safety standards Excellent project management communication and leadership skills Job Type Full-time Pay 628 883 87 - 1 228 033 42 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
