Assist Senior Architects and Project Architects in developing design concepts presentations and detailed drawings Prepare and modify architectural drawings including floor plans elevations sections and details using CAD software Produce 3D models and renderings for design visualization and client presentations Incorporate revisions and mark-ups accurately and efficiently into drawings Assist in the preparation of project documentation including specifications schedules and reports Accompany Senior Architects or Project Architects on site visits for measurement inspection and progress monitoring Actively participate in design meetings and brainstorming sessions contributing ideas and insights Continuously seek opportunities to learn new software design techniques and industry best practices Qualifications Skills Bachelor of Architecture B Arch or Master of Architecture M Arch from a recognized institution 0-2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm Fresh graduates with a robust portfolio are encouraged to apply AutoCAD SketchUp 3DX Max Lumion Basic knowledge of building materials construction techniques and Indian building codes A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills technical proficiency and conceptual clarity is mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
