We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to support our HR department in managing key human resource functions such as recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management training development Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals referrals and other recruitment platforms Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires Employee Records HR Administration Maintain and update employee records HR databases and documentation Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Assist with payroll processing and attendance management Employee Engagement Relations Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives Address employee queries related to HR policies benefits and procedures Assist in resolving employee relations issues in collaboration with HR leadership Performance Management Coordinate the performance appraisal process and follow up on review submissions Support in goal-setting and employee development activities Training Development Help organize training sessions workshops and learning programs Maintain records of training attendance and feedback Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 1-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role Familiarity with HRMS or HRIS systems is a plus Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Laptop Mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 21 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund
