Job Title Payroll Executive Location Jaipur Rajasthan Company Pinkcity Jewelhouse India Pvt Ltd Experience Required 1-3 years Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing statutory compliance and employee payroll queries The role requires strong expertise in PF ESIC challan calculation payroll software ERP systems and Advanced Excel Key Responsibilities 1 Process monthly payroll including salaries wages overtime bonuses commissions and deductions accurately and on time 2 Prepare and file PF ESIC and other statutory challans ensure compliance with labor and tax laws 3 Maintain accurate payroll records employee data and benefits information 4 Strong understanding of labor laws tax laws and social security standards 5 Verify timesheets and reconcile payroll data generate reports for management finance and authorities 6 Collaborate with HR and Finance for smooth payroll operations Skills Qualifications 1 Graduate in Commerce HR Finance or related field 2 1-3 years experience in payroll processing 3 Strong knowledge of PF ESIC statutory compliance 4 Proficiency in Advanced Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Table formulas data analysis 5 Knowledge of payroll software ERP systems 6 Detail-oriented analytical and able to meet deadlines with confidentiality Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Jaipura Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s What is your current CTC What is your expected CTC How soon you can join Experience Payroll management 1 year Preferred Location Jaipura Rajasthan Preferred Work Location In person
