We are looking for a creative proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing multiple social media platforms and will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness engagement and lead generation Key Responsibilities Plan create and publish engaging content across platforms Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter etc Design and execute monthly content calendars Manage day-to-day interactions with followers respond to comments and DMs Monitor social media trends hashtags and competitors Run basic paid ad campaigns Meta Instagram LinkedIn Ads Collaborate with the design team for creatives and videos Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly monthly reports Increase followers reach and engagement organically and through paid campaigns Handle brand reputation and online presence Requirements 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices Basic knowledge of Canva Photoshop or similar design tools Experience with social media scheduling tools e g Buffer Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite Excellent communication and writing skills in English Ability to work independently and take ownership of all social media tasks Creative mindset and attention to detail Nice to Have Optional Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations Basic video editing skills Reels Shorts Knowledge of SEO for social media captions and hashtags Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
