Key Responsibilities 1 Production Execution Monitoring Convert daily weekly production plans into executable shop-floor tasks Supervise welders fitters and helpers for assigned machines projects Ensure daily logs are maintained for planned vs actual work per project machine Track progress of sub-assemblies and ensure smooth handovers to subsequent stages fabrication assembly testing 2 Quality Safety Ensure work is carried out as per drawings SOPs and quality checklists Conduct in-process inspections and coordinate with QC for approvals Enforce safety standards as per Factories Act and Ralsonics EHS protocols Immediately escalate and record any deviations defects or safety incidents 3 Manpower Resource Management Assign and balance work among fitters welders and helpers Track daily manpower utilization and report shortages or skill gaps Support training and skill development of shop-floor workers 4 Material Coordination Check material availability at start of day raise shortages in advance Coordinate with stores and procurement to avoid production delays Maintain discipline of proper handling of tools fixtures and machines 5 Reporting Continuous Improvement Submit daily production log planned vs completed work Highlight bottlenecks and suggest process improvements Work closely with design procurement and service teams for alignment Support implementation of lean practices 5S and kaizen initiatives Key Deliverables Daily planned vs actual production report On-time completion of mechanical sub-assemblies Zero rework due to supervision errors Compliance with safety and housekeeping standards Qualifications Experience Diploma B E in Mechanical Engineering Production Engineering preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical fabrication assembly preferably in capital equipment custom machine building Strong understanding of welding sheet metal fabrication fitting and mechanical assembly Hands-on experience in interpreting engineering drawings and BOMs Familiarity with lean manufacturing and safety standards Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Vasai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Diploma Required Experience work 3 years Required Work Location In person
