Duties and Responsibilities Sales Business Development Identify and develop recent business opportunities from the Mumbai region Meet and exceed monthly quarterly sales targets for leisure MICE Meetings Incentives Conferences and Events and group bookings Maintain strong relationships with travel agents corporates event planners and other B2B partners Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients Client Coordination Support Act as a point of contact for all client queries from the Mumbai office Coordinate between clients and Lonavala resort team to ensure smooth pre-arrival and post-arrival processes Follow up on client feedback and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention Administrative Reporting Maintain and update CRM database for leads follow-ups and conversions Prepare sales reports forecasts and performance metrics regularly Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events and campaigns Event Group Booking Coordination Assist in planning and execution of corporate events weddings and group outings at the resort Liaise with operations and reservations teams at the resort to ensure seamless coordination Job Expectations Education Graduate in Hospitality Business Administration Sales or a related field MBA preferred but not mandatory Experience 2-5 years of experience in hospitality travel or event sales roles Prior experience in a resort hotel or travel agency is a plus Minimum Qualification Bachelor s and Masters degree in Hotel Management or related field like Business Administartion and Sales Minimum Job Experience 2 - 5 yrs Reporting to Deputy General Manager- Marketing Travel Yes
