We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Mechanical Fresher to join our dynamic team This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a BE Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field who is eager to apply their foundational knowledge in a hands-on manufacturing environment You will be trained in various aspects of our operations from machine operation to quality control to become a valuable member of our production team Key Responsibilities Assist in the operation of machinery which may include CNC machines conventional lathes or other specialized equipment Support the production process by preparing materials setting up tools and ensuring the smooth flow of work Perform quality checks and inspections on finished parts to ensure they meet technical specifications and quality standards Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand part dimensions and tolerances Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and maintenance procedures for all equipment Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing processes Requirements BE Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles materials and manufacturing processes Solid willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Good communication and teamwork skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
