Plan and execute daily production activities as per targets Supervise fabrication processes such as cutting bending welding and assembly Coordinate with fabrication welding and finishing teams Ensure production as per drawings specifications and quality standards Monitor machine utilization manpower efficiency and material usage Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase productivity Maintain production reports MIS and documentation Ensure adherence to safety 5S and shop-floor discipline Coordinate with QA maintenance and stores for smooth operations Required Skills Qualifications Diploma BE BTech in Mechanical or Production Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in production manufacturing Quality Fabrication experience preferred sheet metal welding structures Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
