We are looking for a friendly energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our cafe team As a Barista you will be the face of our cafe creating a welcoming atmosphere while expertly preparing and serving coffee beverages and light snacks If you have a passion for coffee a commitment to quality and a desire to provide excellent customer service we d love to meet you Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages coffee espresso drinks teas etc Operate coffee machines and equipment espresso machine grinders brewers etc Maintain knowledge of the cafe menu and make recommendations to customers Ensure quality control and consistency in beverage preparation Handle customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale POS system Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe workstations and equipment Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Comply with food safety and hygiene standards Support team members in daily operations and opening closing tasks Qualifications Skills Previous barista or cafe experience preferred but not required Passion for coffee and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced setting Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed Basic math and cash handling skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Schedule Rotational shift Work Location In person
