Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in building and scaling software products within a product-based IT organization The ideal candidate will have end-to-end ownership of a product from ideation to launch and optimization and will work closely with engineering design sales and customer success teams to deliver customer-centric solutions Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle including product strategy roadmap execution launch and continuous improvement Define and articulate product vision goals and success metrics aligned with business objectives Conduct market research user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate closely with engineering UX UI QA and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact business value and technical feasibility Analyze product performance using data and analytics to drive informed decision-making Act as the voice of the customer ensuring a robust focus on usability and user experience Work with sales marketing and customer success teams to support go-to-market strategies and product adoption Required Qualifications Experience 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-based IT software organization Must have worked on commercial software products SaaS platforms enterprise or consumer software No services consulting or pure client-delivery background Strong experience working in Agile Scrum environments Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders Hands-on experience creating product roadmaps PRDs user stories and backlogs Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience with B2B or B2C SaaS products Familiarity with product analytics tools e g Mixpanel Amplitude GA etc Technical understanding of software architecture APIs and cloud-based platforms Experience working with global teams and customers
