Job Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating visual content that communicates ideas enhances branding and engages audiences across various media platforms You will collaborate with different departments to design graphics for digital print and social media ensuring alignment with the company s goals and aesthetic standards Key Responsibilities Design Development Create engaging and on-brand visual content for social media websites advertisements brochures newsletters and other marketing materials Develop graphic elements that align with the company s branding and marketing strategies Design layouts illustrations logos and other visuals as needed Collaboration Communication Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of design assets Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas and strategies Communicate design concepts and updates effectively to stakeholders Digital Content Creation Design graphics for websites landing pages and email campaigns to improve user engagement Create visuals for social media platforms e g Instagram Facebook LinkedIn that are optimized for various devices and formats Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms and media channels Print Design Design print materials such as brochures posters flyers banners and business cards Prepare files for print and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality production Brand Consistency Maintain and develop the company s brand identity ensuring that all designs are cohesive and aligned with branding guidelines Update and manage design templates assets and documentation Research Trends Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and design software to bring fresh ideas to the team Conduct research to understand the target audience and create designs that resonate with them Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and other relevant tools Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools e g After Effects Premiere Pro is a plus Knowledge of web design and user experience UX UI principles Familiarity with social media trends and content creation for digital platforms Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
