1 Material Planning Control Develop and implement material requirement plans based on production schedules and sales forecasts Monitor daily weekly and monthly material availability to prevent shortages or overstocking Coordinate with the Production and Planning team to align material flow with manufacturing priorities Maintain accurate material master data and update lead times consumption rates and reorder points 2 Procurement Coordination Work closely with the Purchase team to ensure timely ordering of raw materials fittings hardware and packaging items Verify material specifications and quality standards before procurement Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies in quantity or quality Participate in vendor evaluation and selection to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness 3 Inventory Warehouse Management Supervise warehouse operations including inward storage and issue of materials Ensure proper FIFO FEFO implementation and material traceability Maintain optimal stock levels through continuous monitoring and reporting Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system data Monitor handling storage conditions and material preservation methods 4 Cost Efficiency Optimization Analyze material consumption trends and identify opportunities to reduce waste or optimize usage Control non-moving and slow-moving inventory through timely review and clearance actions Support cost-saving initiatives through alternate material sourcing or supplier negotiation 5 Documentation Compliance Ensure accurate and timely documentation for inward issue and return of materials Maintain proper filing of purchase orders GRNs material requests and transfer records Ensure compliance with company policies audit requirements and statutory standards 6 Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Design Production and Quality departments for current material introductions or changes Coordinate with Logistics for inbound and outbound material movement Provide material-related MIS reports to management on a regular basis Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Work Location In person
