Silpi Architects is a leading architectural consultancy and project management firm based in Kochi with an operating office in Bangalore We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and documentation The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality drawings coordinating with project architects and supporting the team in delivering accurate and timely project documentation Key Responsibilities Develop architectural drawings detailed plans sections and elevations using AutoCAD Revit Prepare working drawings presentation drawings and submission drawings as required Coordinate with project architects structural MEP and interior teams Ensure drawing accuracy adherence to standards and timely delivery Update drawings as per site requirements design changes and client feedback Maintain proper documentation and drawing registers Assist in preparing BOQs schedules and technical documentation optional Conduct basic site-measurements and incorporate changes into drawings if required Qualification Eligibility Criteria Mandatory Qualifications Diploma in Architecture D Arch ITI Draftsman Civil B Arch candidates with robust drafting skills Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an architectural draftsperson Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential Working knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage Good understanding of architectural detailing and building construction standards Ability to read interpret and draft drawings from sketches and mark-ups Additional Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks Location Preference Candidates residing in Bangalore will be given higher priority Malayalee candidates currently based in Bangalore will be given top preference considering coordination requirements with Kerala-based teams Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 42 993 50 per month Work Location In person
