Position Overview We are seeking a CorelDRAW-skilled Product Development Executive who can create accurate dielines box structures and artwork layouts for luxury rigid boxes The candidate must have strong knowledge of materials printing processes finishing processes and sampling methods used in premium packaging Key Responsibilities - - Recent Product Design Development Translate customer briefs into functional product designs Develop structural designs for rigid boxes drawer book style collapsible magnetic flap etc Work closely with the design team to finalize dielines prototypes artwork layout Evaluate different materials paper boards foils fabrics PU leather accessories Ensure designs are production-friendly and cost-effective Prototyping Sample Development Lead sample making process with internal sampling team Approve structural stability finishing quality and aesthetic appeal Suggest improvements in construction materials or finishing techniques Technical Documentation Prepare detailed Dielines Spec sheets BOM Process sheets and Quality parameters Maintain version control for all development documents Material Vendor Coordination Coordinate with suppliers for special materials imported papers speciality boards magnets accessories Evaluate new vendors and materials for innovation and cost optimization Production Handover Conduct Pre-Production Meetings PPM with Production QC and Procurement Resolve technical issues during trial runs Ensure smooth scale-up from sample to final production Quality Process Improvement Ensure all products meet luxury quality standards Identify and implement improvements in design materials and manufacturing techniques Reduce defects rework through process optimization Innovation Market Research Keep up-to-date with global luxury packaging trends Develop new concepts for festive FMCG cosmetics and premium gifting segments Suggest sustainable and eco-friendly packaging innovations Skills Competencies Required Strong knowledge of rigid box construction techniques Expertise in dieline creation CAD design and familiarity with design software CorelDraw AutoCAD Illustrator preferred Understanding of Paperboard Materials adhesives foiling embossing lamination UV and other finishing processes Ability to handle multiple developments simultaneously Strong communication visualization and project management skills Problem-solving mindset with technical accuracy Educational Qualification Diploma Degree in Packaging Technology Printing Technology Mechanical Industrial Design or related field NPD preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location In person
