DESCRIPTION We are from the Amazon Now Quick Commerce team in India We are looking for a Design Assistant to create engaging visuals that drive brand awareness customer engagement and business growth You ll work closely with senior designers marketers and copywriters to bring campaigns to life across digital and offline channels The ideal candidate 1 Has an eye for detail but also understands how speed matters in fast-moving campaigns 2 Enjoys experimenting with new formats trends and platforms from static banners to motion graphics to social-first content 3 Is organized and reliable able to juggle multiple projects without losing quality 4 Brings energy creativity and a learner s mindset ready to make every campaign sharper bolder and more effective 5 Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and Figma Canva 6 Has knowledge of After Effects Premiere Pro or motion graphics 7 Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Key job responsibilities 1 Design marketing assets including digital ads social media creatives email templates landing pages in-app banners and event materials 2 Support campaign execution by adapting and resizing assets for multiple platforms web mobile print OOH etc 3 Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with fresh creative approaches 4 Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with campaign objectives 5 Assist in producing motion graphics GIFs and short videos basic editing animation a plus 6 Prepare production-ready files for vendors print or digital 7 Stay updated with design and marketing trends to bring recent ideas to the team BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in in graphic design industrial design digital communications design visual arts mass communications art or equivalent Knowledge of variety of design tools including Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of and proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop Illustrator Fireworks and InDesign Experience in e-commerce retail or advertising Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity visual design print and digital layout design Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership while working cross functionally across several teams Experience working in fast paced environments and managing workload even during times of stress or escalated activity Have an online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media and platforms along with work that reflects your design process Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process including support for the interview or onboarding process please visit https amazon jobs content en how-we-hire accommodations for more information If the country region you re applying in isn t listed please contact your Recruiting Partner
