Job Title Branch Operation Manager - Diagnostic Center Location Virudhachalam preferably Medical Field Diagnostic center Department Operations Administration Reports To Regional Manager Director of Operations Job Summary The Center Manager is responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of the diagnostic center This includes overseeing daily operations staff management patient experience financial performance compliance and coordination with medical and technical teams to ensure smooth and high-quality service delivery Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily operations of the diagnostic center ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards Coordinate with doctors technicians and support staff to maintain optimal scheduling and minimize patient waiting time Monitor and ensure proper functioning of diagnostic equipment cleanliness and safety protocols Ensure compliance with NABL NABH standards and local regulatory requirements Manage inventory and procurement of medical and non-medical supplies People Management Supervise and guide the center s staff including front-office executives technicians and housekeeping personnel Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure training for team development Foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork accountability and patient satisfaction Customer Service Patient Experience Ensure that patients receive courteous timely and accurate service Handle escalations and resolve customer grievances promptly Monitor feedback and implement service improvement initiatives Financial Business Management Manage center budgets control expenses and optimize resource utilization Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets Prepare financial and operational reports for senior management Implement marketing and outreach activities to increase footfall and doctor referrals Quality Compliance Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in sample collection testing and reporting Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration of diagnostic equipment Qualifications and Skills Education Graduate or Postgraduate in Healthcare Management Business Administration or related field Experience experience in healthcare operations preferably in a diagnostic center pathology lab or hospital Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations NABL NABH standards and diagnostic operations Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure Key Performance Indicators KPIs Patient satisfaction scores Revenue growth and cost control Turnaround time for reports Employee retention and engagement Compliance and audit scores Work Schedule Full-time must be available for operational emergencies and weekend shifts as needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 40 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
