We are seeking a highly qualified dynamic and talented professional to lead our Nursing Upskill Training Academy The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing high-quality training programs overseeing academic excellence and building robust international collaborations for placement and career opportunities Key Responsibilities Design develop and implement comprehensive nursing upskill academic curriculum aligned with global standards Lead and manage academic and administrative staff ensuring effective performance and continuous improvement Establish and maintain partnerships with international healthcare institutions training bodies and placement agencies Coordinate with foreign entities for overseas placement opportunities and professional collaborations Monitor training quality student progress and institutional performance metrics Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements Represent the academy in professional forums meetings and international discussions Required Qualifications Experience Master s degree or higher in Healthcare Education Healthcare Management Minimum 5-10 years of experience in nursing education training or healthcare administration Proven experience in curriculum development and academic leadership Strong knowledge of global nursing standards and international placement processes Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Experience in coordinating with international institutions will be a strong advantage Key Skills Strategic academic planning Leadership team management International liaison networking Curriculum design implementation Strong organizational and communication abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
