Please read before APPLY Experience - 6-7yrs as a Civil Site Supervisor In-depth knowledge of building construction Building structural work Full Building finishing work Salary - Upto 26K Male only Location - Currently in Kolkata Qualification - Graduate ITI Role Responsibility - About the Role We are seeking an Experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of building construction activities at our project site The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge leadership skills and hands-on site supervision experience in residential commercial building projects Key Responsibilities 1 Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth execution as per drawings and specifications 2 Maintain strict quality control by inspecting materials workmanship and construction practices 3 Manage laborers and subcontractors to ensure productivity and project progress 4 Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports DPR material consumption records and site documentation 5 Coordinate with engineers and other site teams for seamless construction activities 6 Ensure adherence to project schedules budgets and safety standards 7 Identify and resolve site issues proactively in consultation with the Engineers 8 Maintain proper site logistics material management and housekeeping 9 Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at the construction site 10 Support during client consultant inspections and implement action points accordingly 11 Solid knowledge of civil works such as RCC brickwork plastering tiling waterproofing finishing works etc 12 Ability to read and interpret civil architectural and structural drawings accurately 13 Good leadership communication and team coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
