Job Title Admission Counsellor - Overseas Education Location Andheri East Mumbai On-site Salary Up to 50 000 month Job Type Full-time Monday to Saturday Job Summary We are hiring a passionate and knowledgeable Admission Counsellor to join our overseas education team in Andheri East Mumbai In this role you will guide and support students who aspire to study abroad You will play a key part in shaping their academic future by offering professional advice on course selection university applications visa procedures and more Key Responsibilities Counsel students about study abroad opportunities in countries such as the USA UK Canada Australia and Europe Understand each student s academic background goals and financial situation to suggest appropriate courses and universities Guide students through the entire admission process including application forms documentation SOPs LORs etc Provide accurate information on universities courses application deadlines and visa procedures Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions and timely enrollments Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and walk-in inquiries Maintain and update student records in the CRM system Assist students in preparing for interviews visa counseling and travel arrangements Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families Meet monthly admission targets and report progress to the management Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any field 1 to 3 years of experience as an Overseas Admission Counsellor or Education Consultant Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and convincing skills Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Familiarity with admission and visa requirements for major study-abroad destinations Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Perks Benefits Attractive salary up to 50 000 month based on experience Incentives for achieving targets Prospect to work with a fast-growing overseas education brand Growth and learning opportunities within the company Location Office-based job at Andheri East Mumbai - candidates must be comfortable working on-site full-time Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance
