We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai with experience in construction chemicals flooring repairs and waterproofing The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of construction chemical products to customers This role requires a strong understanding of construction materials excellent sales skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue current sales opportunities to achieve growth targets Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in waterproofing flooring and repairs Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to customers as needed Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to recommend improvements or adjustments to sales strategies Prepare and submit sales reports forecasts and budgets as required Ensure timely collection of payments and manage accounts receivable effectively Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the construction chemicals industry preferably in flooring waterproofing and repairs Technical understanding of construction materials and chemicals is highly desirable Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets Ability to travel within Mumbai and occasionally to any location in West India as required Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Chemistry Business Administration or related field preferred with a minimum 1-2 years experience Job Type Full-time Pay From 40 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have experience of sales in similar field Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 31 07 2025 Expected Start Date 18 08 2025
